Adding funds to your wallet is an easy task. After clicking the “Add Funds” menu item in the sidebar you will see a sub menu offering you the different types of funding channels you may use. As of October 2018 those include:
- Bank Wire Transfers
- PIPIT (https://www.pipit.global/)
- Bitcoin
There will be many more following very soon.
Bank Wires
Upon clicking on “Add Funds via Wire Transfer” the following screen will appear. Select one of the banks of your choosing and follow the pay-in instructions.
This process is the same for all funding options. Select the option and follow the instructions on the screen. The process is quite intuitive, but there are sections in the FAQ which address further particulars.
Note: It is very important that you provide your WPayID in the reference of the wire transfer, so we can correctly fund your wallet.
Upload Deposit Proof
We do our vary best to credit your wallet as fast as possible, but to be sure and alert us as fast as possible, we would like to ask you to upload the pay-in slip you have received by your selected channel (Bank Wire, Pipit, etc.) using the “Upload Deposit Proof” function.
After you have filled in all other details, simply scan the receipt (pay-in slip) and attach the file and click “Save”.
Deposit History
The deposit history provides you a complete overview of your funding history. Please note that this does not include any payments you have received from other WinstantPay wallet owners.
